He is certified with CAMH (Centre for Addiction and Mental Health) as a Safe Opioid Prescriber, as well as with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) for prescribing medicinal marijuana.ĭr. Cooper has been granted Diplomate status from the Canadian Academy of Pain Management, and has advanced training in pain management, low back pain assessment and treatment, and optimizing pain relief. He completed additional training in advanced Cardiac, Pediatric and Trauma Life Support, as well as Emergency Department Ultrasonography. Cooper has practiced medicine since 1998, and obtained his Bachelor of Arts and Science as well as his Doctor of Medicine degrees from McMaster University. Purdell-Lewis has been engaged in the sole practice of chronic pain medicine for over 16 years. Boucher was previously engaged as an Infantry Officer, and subsequently a Medical Officer with the Canadian Forces for seventeen years.ĭr.
